ABOUT ME

I was born in London in the mid-1990s to a Japanese mother and an English father, which immersed me from an early age in a rich tapestry of contrasting cultures. This unique blend of traditions, perspectives, and customs has profoundly shaped the way I see the world and continues to influence both my creative work and my personal identity.

Growing up in a family of artists, I was surrounded by creativity and self-expression. From a young age, I was drawn to the visual arts especially photography and to the power of images to tell stories, evoke emotions, and capture fleeting moments. These interests have always been at the heart of my personal growth, guiding me on my journey into the world of visual storytelling.

It almost felt inevitable that my passion for film and photography would become the focus of my professional life in recent years. Through these mediums, I’ve been able to explore not only the technical aspects of image-making, but also the deeper, more emotional connections that visual art can create.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects for film-sets, advertising, music videos and travel films, live events to wedding films. Each one has offered new opportunities to push the boundaries of my craft and explore new themes and styles. Through this journey, I’ve come to realise that the true beauty of visual storytelling lies not only in the images themselves, but in how they connect us to our shared experiences, emotions, and dreams.
